A firm/Joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the
procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.
You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical proposal in English (Original +one copy) and a financial proposal
(Original + one copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the terms of references (TOR’s) latest by
31/12/2014 till 12:00 Noon.
RFP documents/TOR’s are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours
at least Seven days before the closing date on Pay Order/CDR of Rs:5000/- (non refundable).
The bid security at 2% of the bid cost in shape of call deposit/pay order in the name of Director General PDA Peshawar to be
put in the Financial proposal envelop and an affidavit in the technical proposal stating that a bid security amounting to
2 percent (without indicating the figure) has been placed in the financial proposal, failing which both the Technical and financial
proposals will be considered as non-responsive.
