NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR REPLACEMENT OF 5

SCOPE OF WORK
1. The agencies must visit the site for location to install the Air-handling & allied work before
quoting your prices.
2. The work proposed under this tender includes supply,installation,testing & commissioning of
05 Nos double skin airhandling units with mixing box having cap.25000cfm each at terrace.
3. Providing & Fixing at site all main equipments associated with the system as asked under
technical specifications.
4. To execute all incidencal work at site including material supply at site associated with ac
system asked in technical specifications,Nature of such work will be sheet metal duct,chilled
water piping and drain piping etc.incidental civil work,incidental electrical work,cable etc.at
site for all manufactured items at work and also item fabricated at site.
5 Routine testing,pressure testing of complete AHUs at site.
6. Connected civil work such as foundation and other repair work inside AHU Room for
installation of AHU/equipments in all respect.
7. Performance testing at site complete system as per various technical requirement as stipulated
in performance testing clause.
8. Dismentling of existing 05Nos AHU including duct connection,pipe connections,pipe
connection and taking out these from site under rebate item as per schedule of work.
9. Shifting/modification if any in electrical/cubical panel refixing the same alongwith the motor
connection and AHU put in operation etc.
10. Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of allied work like Butterfly valves,balancing
valves,Y-strainer,3-way mixing valve,Airvent etc and all other connected accessories.
11. The existing airhandling units at site i.e at terrace is equipped with 29 Nos units ,out of them
05Nos AHUs proposed for replacement which are in more critical conditions.
12. New chilled waterline with valves & fittings of 05 No.AHUs shall be connected with existing
header ring laid for all 29No AHUs at terrace.
13. The drawings forming part of these specifications provide a feasible scheme for locating the
equipment.The contractor may re-arrange the equipment for improving the layout and meeting
the site conditions.All such changes shall,however be subject to the engineerincharge/consultant approvals.these drawing are not meant to be working drawings,which shall
be prepared by the contractor as reqd.even if the work awarded to be separate agency for
ducting and insulation work,it will be rensponsiblity of contractor to prepare the ducting
drawing and get it approved by the engineer incharge/consultant for ducting work at site.
14. The Airhandling unit alogwith allied work shall be tested as per specification given in tender
documents.
15. All 05 Nos AHUs shall be assembled inside of AHU Rooms.
