INSTRUCTIONS The Southwestern Exposition Commercial Female Show & Sale Scholarship Application Who May Apply 1. A senior in High School or currently enrolled in a college, University or Vocational School. 2. He/She must be nominated by a member of the nominating committee of the Southwestern Exposition Commercial Female Show and Sale. Materials to be submitted with the application: 1. The attached Scholarship Application Form (pages 1-4) plus a one page personal narrative. Entries in the application must be typed or written in ink. Do not add pages except for Item 3 of Page 4. 2. A letter of recommendation by a member of the nominating committee of the Southwestern Exposition Commercial Female Show and Sale. 3. One copy of your Scholastic Record completed with the assistance of your principal or counselor. This record is to include your high school transcript and a report of your SAT or ACT score. 4. If a college student, submit a certified transcript in-lieu of the Scholastic Record. 5. Scholarships are judged 50% on financial need, 40% on agricultural involvement and 10% on scholastic ability. All of this information is to be mailed to the Southwestern Exposition Commercial Female Show and Sale Scholarship — along with your Scholarship Application.
