Boulcott Hall is located right in the centre of the city. We offer single rooms in a high-rise setting, ideal for group
bookings, conferencing, and short or long term stays. Sevens rugby bookings are also accepted. Please note that the
hall will be closed over the Christmas period from 20th Dec 2014 – 5th Jan 2015.
Opened in 2013, Boulcott offers brand-new, secure facilities located in the centre of Wellington.
180 single and en-suite bedrooms available, with common areas, kitchenettes, communal dining
room.
Fully furnished standard single and en-suite rooms.
Discounts available for long term stays (excluding educational groups).
Single room - $80; En-suite room – $100; Educational group rate - $55
Sevens rugby weekend (min stay two nights): single room - $95; En-suite room - $115

Everton Hall offers long-term summer housing - ideal for summer school students, interns and people with summer
jobs in Wellington. Everton does not cater for large, short-term conference groups. Every effort will be made to place
residents with suitable flat mates sharing similar interests & lifestyles, although placements will be made to fill flats
as economically as possible. Minimum stay of one week required, subject to availability. Prices subject to change.
Situated on a pleasant hillside site with city views & BBQ areas in the gardens. The cable car stops

Helen Lowry Hall

Helen Lowry Hall is an ideal place to stay for summer school students and/or for those working in summer jobs in
Wellington. An enthusiastic group stay each summer to enjoy the great friendly community here. Activities are hosted
by summer staff and academic support is available. A free shuttle travels to Kelburn each day.
Residents live in small community groups set in extensive grounds with mature trees and
gardens. Each area has its own laundry, kitchenette and bathroom. To apply, download Helen

Fully furnished study bedrooms. Linen available for hire, $100 per trimester.
Single room - $115/week, shared room - $85/week per person for full summer accommodation.
Short stay rates (minimum stay of four weeks – negotiable): single room $130/week; shared
room $100/week per person. Deposit of $320 required.
Residents self-cater.
All fees include power, gas, heating and water.
Telephones with voicemail are available in each room. Free local calls.
Computers are available in the study room with free broadband internet access.
Situated in a friendly safe area, four kilometres from Victoria University. Five minutes’ walk to
