Welcome to 2015. We’re glad you could make it!
We hope that you all had a fabulous holiday season
and are now ready to dive right into those New Year’s
resolutions. As you probably already know, we here at
Cosmo Café have made it easy for you to keep your
resolution to eat better with our wide variety of healthy
and tasty food. No need to thank us - it’s our pleasure!
Since winter seems to be with us now for the
foreseeable future, it’s time to warm yourself up from
the inside with a bowl of hot soup or chili. Allow us to
make a couple of recommendations: Our Cosmo
Grilled Cheese and Soup Special consists of a Cosmo
Grilled Cheese Sandwich (cream cheese, cheddar,
provolone, mozzarella, Swiss, pesto and tomatoes on
Sourdough bread) and a cup of Roasted Red Pepper and
Tomato Gouda Soup. Or try our Coconut Thai Curry Soup
– a delicious, heartwarming sweet potato, coconut &
lemongrass soup that has a fun little kick to it.
Vegan? There’s a soup for that! Nava’s Kurdish Soup is a
filling, rustic Kurdish sweet ‘n sour tomato and bok choy
soup made with onions, butternut and yellow squash, and
it’s completely vegan! We also have a Three-Bean
Madras Vegan Chili which is absolutely amazing.
On the more carnivorous side of the spectrum, check out
our Traditional Chili, made with 90% lean beef, or our
Cuban Goulash - shredded beef bursting with a fragrant
sauce, laced with red wine, caraway and paprika and
served over buttery macaroni.
