Brief Description of Work: Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) seeks pre-qualified construction companies with a proven technical/construction background and experience in the construction of low rise buildings to carry out the construction of villas, low rise apartments, and all landscaping (hard & soft), MEP, structural, piling, interior finishes, infrastructure, and boundary fence services. The aim is to construct luxury villas and apartments located on the South Islands 2 & 3 consisting of the following: Waterfront villas (65) nos. Max floors – B- G+1+P Approx. BUA/ per unit - 1,150 sq. m. Garden view villas (147) nos. Max floors – B- G+1+P Approx. BUA/ per unit - 750 sq. m. Apartments building (3) Max floors – 2B+G+2 Approx. BUA/ per unit 22,500 sq. m. Note: There is a possibility that the construction package will be divided into 2, 4, or 5 packages. Eligibility of Pre-qualification: LREDC invites construction companies to submit pre-qualification documents for potential inclusion in the upcoming Lusail Public construction activity at Qetaifan South Islands 2 & 3. Bidders must be able to demonstrate in the pre-qualification their ability to meet the following basic requirements and criteria: • Auditable Turnover in excess of 300 million QAR for last 2 years • Proven track record in successfully delivering similar projects within the past 5 years • Completed projects with value of 250 million QAR or above • Demonstrate they have the necessary resource needed to complete the project successfully • Must be registered in the State of Qatar and be ‘Class A’ certified. LREDC will convene a selection panel to review and rank the applicants’ qualifications based on the above minimum criteria.
