The data center must be tier-3 data centre or above certified, and must be ISO/IEC 27001:2005 security certified or above. The bidder must provision BCP site & DR for ensuring the continuous availability of the solution. The bidder will be required to create a hybrid cloud in this case, with only the public information kept in public domain, and remaining available through private cloud only. The Automation solution and email solution shall be certified by cert-in empanelled agencies. The bidder shall also be responsible for getting the STQC certification. The bidder will be required to make the changes suggested by such agencies, in the automation solution, as well as email solution. The bidder will also be required to get the cert-in certification done on yearly basis, post Go-Live also. requires integration with the existing legacy systems & interfacing with the various colleges. The bidder will also be required to get the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing by 3rd party cert-in empanelled agency done on yearly basis, post Go-Live also. For overall estimation, the bidder can assume that on an average, 1 technical support person will be required per 100 examinees (students). Approximately 10 no. of days on average shall be assumed for an examination period (Days calculated on the basis of no. of subjects per course). For this, bidder shall quote per student charges, as per the bidding formats. The System provider shall organize all such non-residential trainings at Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, and Rewa. Any delay on account of University side procedures such as issuance of Government orders, logistics arrangement at site offices, personnel deployment, power supply, network connectivity and bandwidth etc. should not be considered for acceptance. In case such a delay occurs, the acceptance should be completed for those services where these procedures are not impacting. Alternately, at the time of implementation, the University, at its discretion, may provide the numbers from 2 service providers, and the service provider may be asked to use the same for helpdesk. 4.20 The University will get the deliverables reviewed in maximum of 2 Weeks, from date of receipt of the same. Any delay more than that will not be attributed to the bidder. The system shall be able to automatically verify such eligibility criteria (as decided by University from time to time), and permit examination enrolment for only those students, who are eligible to appear for an examination. This shall be integrated with fee management in order to enable student to pay the examination fee online. This module is envisaged to provide ability to register for an examination. University will pay for additional space in State Data Centre for storing the past records. The System Provider must make available the space for storing scanned answer sheets of current examination. The mechanism for taking backup is at sole discretion of the service provider, and all associated costs will be borne by the provider. This module shall be used to manage the fee payments made by colleges for affiliation application and renewals. N.A. This module shall provide the facility of scanning and uploading the answer sheets, along with the details of students and exam captured through OMR sheets, in a confidential and secured manner. The answer sheet will consist of 2 parts: i) OMR Sheet, ii) 30-40 pages of answer sheet. The remaining answer sheet may be digitized by University, as and when the manpower is available with the University. This module shall provide an easy-to-use interface for data entry operators to upload the details of OMR sheets and scanned answer sheets. The system shall provision the storage space for details of OMR sheets, for the entire lifetime of the system. For scanned answer sheets, the system provider must provision space for storing answer sheets for atleast one year. The archived data will be stored by University, at State Data Centre, or as backup media tapes, as may be desired by University. This module shall be used to manage the fee payments made by colleges for affiliation and all other kind of fee. 1.5.1.9 Endowment/Medal Management This module shall be used by the University to manage the endowment fund and various medals to be given to the students. The solution shall be able to generate the portals for the University, individual colleges and students based on the Content Management System.
