The hardware and software, with all the licenses etc. shall be
installed in any commercially available Data Centre. It may be
noted that the bidders will get additional advantage in
evaluation, in case the bidder opts for transfer of the entire
solution in running condition to Medical University. In this case,
the University will provide required hardware to install the
solution, at the time of exit.
The above mentioned total number of students shall be used for
the purpose of Financial Bid Evaluation. The University
guarantees that at least 70% of the student (Refer to estimated
no. as given in Table above) will be subscribing to the system. The
transaction fee will be paid to the service provider, based on the
actual no. of student/transactions.

The above mentioned total number of students shall be used for
the purpose of Financial Bid Evaluation. The University
guarantees that at least 70% of the estimated students per year

be subscribing to the system. The minimum guaranteed amount

3.3: Solution Hosting
& Certification
The solution can be hosted in any commercially available data
center within India. The data center must be tier-3 data centre or
above certified, and must be ISO/IEC 27001:2005 security
certified

The bidder must provision BCP site & DR for ensuring the
continuous availability of the solution. The bidder will be required
to create a hybrid cloud in this case, with only the public
information kept in public domain, and remaining available
through
private
cloud
only.
The Automation solution and email solution shall be certified by
cert-in empanelled agencies. The bidder shall also be responsible
for getting the STQC certification. The bidder will be required to
make the changes suggested by such agencies, in the automation
solution, as well as email solution. The bidder will also be
required to get the cert-in certification done on yearly basis, post
Go-Live also.

3.4.12 The tolled number from at least 2 service providers shall
be procured by the bidder, in the name of Medical University.
The running bills for the same shall be paid by the Medical
University. The system provider will be required to submit
detailed MIS of the calls, along with the bill to Medical University,
within 5 days of generation of bills. Alternately, at the time of
implementation, the University, at its discretion, may provide the
numbers from 2 service providers, and the service provider may
be asked to use the same for helpdesk.
4.20 The University will get the deliverables reviewed in
maximum of 2 Weeks, from date of receipt of the same. Any
delay more than that will not be attributed to the bidder.
The total cumulative liability of the System Provider arising from
or relating to this Contract shall not exceed the Total Contract
Value(equivalent value for transactions, as determined by
minimum guaranteed number of students.), which gives rise to
such liability provided, however, that this limitation shall not
apply to any liability for damages arising from:

the curriculum in the medical community. It provides exposure to
the students to learn and practice in more practical situations.
Since internship is generally done outside the college of the
student, where university doesn’t have much jurisdiction, it
becomes important that the internship of the students, its
progress etc. is monitored and captured effectively by the
University, to ensure quality of overall education imparted to the
students.
This module shall capture all the personal details of the student,
which can come handy to the university and colleges, as and
when required. This must contain some fields, such as contact
number, email ids, permanent address etc., which a student shall
be allowed to change as and when required. Other details such as
educational background etc. , shall be displayed, as captured at
the time of admission
