All matters pertaining to examination conducted by VYAPAM shall be listed before
Division Bench of Shri Justice Sheel Nagu at Bench Gwalior, if available, alongwith senior-most
available Judge who is sitting on the day. Otherwise, such matters shall be listed before the
available Division Bench.
If for any unavoidable reason, any Hon’ble Judge is not available to preside over a Bench on the
scheduled date(s), the cases to be listed before that Bench will be allotted to other vacation Judge
available on that day.
If for any unavoidable reason, both the Hon’ble Judges are not available on the scheduled date(s)
for sitting, the Hon’ble Judge available at the Headquarter will hold the Court on the request made by the
Chief Justice on that date.
If no Hon’ble Judge is available on any scheduled date (s) for some unexpected reason, urgent
case(s) may be filed at the Principal Seat of the High Court.
Mentioning of all (D.B. / S.B.) matters not notified in the Daily List be made before the Hon’ble
Division Bench/available senior vacation Judge sitting on that day. However, mentioning of matters
already notified in the Daily List shall be made before the concerned Hon’ble Division Bench / Single
Bench, where the matter is so listed.
