2015 REGISTRATION FOR AMERICAN STANDARD DEALER PROGRAM

pricing level based upon their Annual Commitment. Dealer agrees that American Standard
product will represent a minimum of 75% of residential replacement business.

This agreement is for one (1) year and
can be canceled by either party after a
written 30 day notice.

Requirements for Renewal:
•Surveys - Receive a minimum of 48 survey submissions, with at least 12
from new American Standard installations
•Continuing Education - The independent Customer Care dealer and its
employees responsible for sales, application, service or installation
must each attend a minimum of 8 hours of continuing education by
September 30, 2015
•NATE Certification - Recommend 50% of dealer technicians and installers
to be NATE Certified in 2015, to remain consistent with forecasted industry
trends for NATE requirements.

NOTE: By signing this Agreement, a Customer Care dealer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions of the RCF program and agrees to advise its employees of call recordings.
I am indicating my consent on behalf of my business to allow CallSource to record inbound calls for quality and training purposes. Only those calls to specially assigned ad-tracking telephone numbers
may be recorded. Calls from current or prospective customers may be recorded. I further agree that, to the extent a proposal or sale is presented by my business as a result of calls generated through this
program, such proposal or sale will include only American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, unless American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning does not offer the required equipment.
I understand that failure to adhere to this requirement will subject my business to possible removal from the program by American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. I am an authorized representative
of my business and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify each present and future employee that calls may be recorded and obtain their written consent to the extent they may participate in such
calls. My company hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning from any and all liability arising as a result of any failure to follow these procedures with my

SURVEY ONLY - DEALER MUST ENROLL IN SURVEY ONLY TO QUALIFY FOR CUSTOMER CARE
Eligibility begins when the Dealer receives a minimum of twelve (12) survey responses, with at least six (6)
from new installations of American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning products AND
•Maintains an average Customer Satisfaction Survey Score of 90% or higher
•Maintains a Customer Referral (Recommendation) Rate of 90% or higher
1) Unlimited Number of Surveys. Participating dealers may submit an unlimited number of survey requests
and are encouraged to submit survey requests for all their American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning new
installation customers and all service customers. Customer satisfaction survey reports will be available to the
dealer and distributor through ASDealerNet.
2) Customer Satisfaction Survey Brochures. Each participating dealer will receive 100 customer satisfaction
survey brochures at no charge.
3) AccuClean™ Insert in Service Surveys. AccuClean envelope stuffers will be included with all customer
satisfaction surveys mailed out for service jobs. Homeowners will be introduced to the product and then
encouraged to contact their dealer for more details. This free direct mail advertising should generate valuable
leads for both Customer Care and Survey-Only dealers.
2015 PROGRAM FEES
Survey Only. $600 for a full year
This fee will be credited towards Customer Care program fees when the dealer converts based on eligibility.
Customer Care. $1800 for a full year
This is a full year commitment and cannot be credited for midyear cancellation.
CFM Equipment Distributors. CFM believes in the success of its service based Dealers. CFM will credit
$500 of your Customer Care program fees when 300 or more surveys are submitted during the calendar year.
