CPP reserves the right to aggregate and use, without compensation to anyone, data obtained from
the scoring or other processing of products listed in this catalog or otherwise sold or licensed by
CPP, and to utilize those data for research, product development, and statistical or other purposes.
CPP reserves the right to disclose such non-person-specific data to third parties, with or without
compensation to CPP, as CPP sees fit from time to time.

CPP warrants, to the original purchaser or licensee only, that the software, books, and other materials offered for license or sale in this catalog are free from defects in workmanship and materials
