trafficking is the third largest criminal industry in the world (after illegal guns and drugs, with children
accounting for half of the victims), generating an estimated $44.3 billion annually? Washington takes a
leading role in the fight against human trafficking, being the first state to legally outlaw it. Learn more
about the fight from Detective Bruneau and how it impacts our great city and state.
