Video Rate Increase Notice

EPB Video Price Increase
RUSSELLVILLE, KY (January 13, 2015) The Russellville Electric Plant Board has announced a
price increase for the company’s video services. Effective February 1st, 2015, the average
customer’s video bill will increase by $6.60.
The price adjustments are driven, for the most part, by a 339% increase in local programming
fees. EPB is providing bill inserts to video customers to discuss and explain the reasoning behind
the price increase.
“We strive to provide our community with the highest quality video service, and we remain
committed to that goal at the lowest prices possible.” said Robert White, General Manager of
EPB.
