Join your fellow members at the TexStar Federal Credit Union Annual Meeting.
It's an important occasion for you and for all members. It enables us to come together, to hear reports on the state of the Credit Union, elect members to the
Board of Directors, make comments, suggestions, and to ask questions about
services and policies.
Mark your calendar - Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Panna Maria Hall/Diner,
and make plans to attend. We'll be looking for you!
COMMUNICATIONS MEETING - NEW BRAUNFELS
This year the Credit Union will again hold a separate “communications meeting”
at Mamacita’s Restaurant in New Braunfels on Saturday, March 21, 2015. This
will be for our members who cannot attend the meeting in Panna Maria.

NEW EMPLOYEE
The TexStar Board, Management and
Staff welcome new employee Victoria
Moczygemba.
She has been with the Credit Union
since the end of September and came
to us with a degree in Business and
three years experience working in financial institutions.
Her knowledge of banking operations
has made it possible for her to immediately step in and assume duties in
cash services, member services and
loan processing. Everyone at the
Credit Union has enjoyed working
with her and expects that she will be
an asset to the staff for many years to
come.

FREE PAY PERIOD
Employees of Centerpoint Energy*
who are paid bi-weekly will have a
“free pay period” on January 16, 2015.
All deductions usually taken out of
your pay check will be deposited to
your shares account.
These funds will be available to you for
withdrawal after that date.
*This free pay period applies only to those
members of TexStar FCU who are employed
by Centerpoint Energy. and make loan payments by payroll deduction.

INCOME TAX INFORMATION
Your fourth quarter statement for
2014 is enclosed, or has been posted to
your online banking account. This statement contains important income tax
information and should be
retained for your files.
Form 1099’s showing interest paid to
you by the Credit Union will be mailed
separately and should be received by
January 31, 2015.
Deadline for 2014
contributions is
April 15, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Membership Meeting of the TexStar Federal Credit Union will be held on
Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Panna Maria Hall/Diner (located on FM 81 about 1 mile east of Hwy 123).
There will be a “get acquainted and fellowship” hour between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, followed by the meal, business
meeting and drawing for prizes. The following matters will be presented to the members during the business meeting:
1. Reading of the Minutes.
2. Report of the President of the Board.
3. Report of the Credit Union Treasurer.
4. Report of the Credit Committee.
5. Report of the Audit Committee.
6. Election of three (3)Directors.
7. Other New Business.
8. Drawing for Prizes (members only)
Members are asked to return the attached reservation form to the Credit Union office no later than March 11, 2015.
Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
The Credit Union will pay for the meal of each member. Members may bring non-member guests at a charge of
$10.00 per meal. This must be paid in advance when making reservations.
