Venue of the Matchmaking Event Stadthalle Graz at the Messe Graz, Messeplatz 1, 8010 Graz Entrance 2 (Eingang 2 - on the left side of the main entrance 1 - EINGANG 1), in front of the tramway station. The meetings will take place in room 10, 1st floor. 2. Free admission to the fair For participants of the matchmaking event the admission to the fair is free. Free Admission is possible only at the Energy Efficient Days Graz 2015 welcome desk (entrance 2 - Eingang 2). The welcome desk is open from 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 3. Guided tour The Guided Tour to four Austrian exhibitors starts at 11:00 a.m. at the welcome desk (entrance 2 – Eingang 2 – ground floor) and will take until 12:00 a.m. Four companies will present their products and services in a short talk and will be available for questions. After the tour the participants can explore the “Häuslbauer”-fair on their own behalf and come back to the exibitors for further talks. 4. Participant registration for the B2B-meetings The registration for the B2B-meetings takes place at the registration desk (1st floor), which opens at 01:30 p.m. Take entrance 2 (EINGANG 2) of the Stadthalle and the welcome desk of the Energy Efficient Days Graz 2015 will be right there. Here you will get free admission to the fair after signing in. Afterwards please take the escalator to the 1st floor, where in room 10 the matchmaking event will take place. In front of room 10 we have our registration desk (1st floor), where you will get your updated meeting schedules. All participants are asked to come to the registration desk (1st floor, in front of room 10). 5. Time schedules - registration desk Until 13th of January 2015 the booking activities are open. Preliminary meeting schedules you will receive on the 12th of January per email and an updated version on the 14 th. On 15th of January you will get your final time schedules at the registration desk (1st floor in front of room 10) in hard copy. 6. Meeting times for B2B-meetings The meeting times of the event are: 15th of January 2015 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 7. Interpreters during the event There are no interpreters planned for the matchmaking event. The used language for the event is ENGLISH. 8. Can I still book new meetings with participants during the conference? Of course you will be able to book additional meetings with participants during the cooperation event, if free time slots are available. Please contact the staff at the registration desk (1st floor in front of room 10) and ask for new bookings. 9. Which are my “tasks” before - during – after the cooperation event?
