Providing & Fixing 1st quality vitrified porcelain polished tiles on Floor, Skirting, Steps etc. in
different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than
0.08% & confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid in pattern as
per design on the existing flooring and to be laid with neat cement slurry/chemical adhesive
including pleasurable finished joints leveling & grouting of joints with matching pigment etc
complete as per the prescribed company specifications complete fine finish including repairs
of floor and proper leveling, hacking of existing flooring to make the proper bonding as per
the site requirements. Size of tiles: 600 mm x 600 mm.

Providing and fixing GYPSUM ceiling in STRAIGHT OR CURVED shape with INDIA GYPSUM
ceiling sections with MAINS GI frame at 1200 c/c with cross members to be fixed at 450 c/c.
The mains to be fixed on wall with PERIMETER members. The ceiling sections to be hanged
from ceiling with hangers at every 1200 c/c 12.5mm GYPSUM board to be screw fixed on
the frame. The tapered edges of the board to be filled with jointing compound and covered
with paper tape. The ceiling is finished with TOP coat as approved by INDIA GYPSUM. The
item includes making all necessary steps, coves, openings etc. complete including two or
more coats of plastic emulsion paint. Measurement will be taken of plan area
only.Suspending system and frame work shall match layout of A.C. Ducts / grills, electrical /
fire protection wiring / fixtures, Return Air grills etc. Rate to include provision of extra frame
work needed due to layout refered above and fixtures etc. Rates to include scaffolding.

Supply and fixing of partitions upto height as specified having an internal frame work of anti
termite treated pine wood sections of 2" x 1.5" sections - 2' c/c distance both ways with a
covering of 6mm commercial ply and a pattern of laminates, 1.0mm laminate on both sides
& 8mm thk glass with etching ,bevelling , moulding etc of approved make and shade with
coloumns and bands as per design and a pattern of grooves etc. as per details and
specifications. The grains of the laminate should be matched properly. Proper arrangement
as per detail shall be made for providing electrical wires and misc. cables at 2'6" ht. and at
skirting level.This is highlighted on the finished partition with the help of grooves/
projections as per detail. 4mm grooves to be provided vertically at specified distance. The
