Meet Our Team Teachers Guitar/Bass/Drums: Mark VanBork is a Berklee College of Music graduate who has performed on Cape Cod for the last decade. He has been a sideman for a long list of Cape Cod performers and regional theater troupes. His unique style and musical sensibility was honed over many years of stage experience in a wide range of settings. His own band Vanborkestra performs regularly on the Cape and South Shore. Guitar/Music Theory/ Ear Training: Rick Fortenberry is a graduate of Berklee College of Music. He performs & teaches all styles of guitar, in addition to music theory. He teaches beginning to advanced students of all ages. Rick accompanied Bob Hope's entourage on many USO tours of Southeast Asia and Europe, entertaining the troops in that area of the world. Rick has lived on Cape Cod for over 30 years Bass Guitar: Fred Clayton is a bassist, singer and composer. Fred plays the upright & electric bass. He performs year round on Cape Cod with the Clayton Restaino Project, and with various session musicians. He teaches beginner to intermediate students with an emphasis on blues styling. Piano: Tatsiana (Tanya) Mazheika is a graduate of Gomel State University and Novopolotsk State Music College in Belarus. She has been a professional music teacher for over 15 years, and has worked as an accompanist, concertmaster, and principal at Polotsk & Osveya Music Schools in Belarus. She has taught visually impaired students, created concerts, recitals, and implemented many cultural events. Piano/Voice: Clare Hemmenway is a graduate, and has both teaching and music degrees from Bridgewater State College, Penn State University, and Vassar College. She has taught pre-school music at The Family Schools in Brewster, and elementary music at Nantucket, Stony Brook and Eddy, and Station Ave elementary schools. Clare specializes in teaching piano & voice to children of all ages K-8. Piano: Luann Angelone has a Bachelor of Music Education degree, and specializes in teaching students K-12. She has over 30 years teaching experience in public schools. Flute: Christina Vazquez is an experienced flutist with many years of playing and performing. She specializes in beginners of all ages.
