Registration for Admission to Pre-School (Class Nursery) session 2015-16
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM
Indraprastha INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA welcomes you to the Pre-School registration
process for the academic session 2015-2016

3yrs + as on 31-03-2015
3. The online application form will be available from Saturday, 20th December 2015 at 7.00am
onwards.
4. The last date to register online is 5th January 2015 by 2:00p.m. (Application form is also available at
school reception.)
5. GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM
1. This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the
form to avoid rejection of the form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required
information.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N/A for those entries, which are not applicable to
you. Please do not leave any entry blank.
3. After completing the registration form, click on the “SUBMIT” button to register it. A
registration number will be generated with a print button. Please take a print out of the filled
form.
4. The printed copy of the form (along with the documents required) must be submitted to the
school office on any working day from 20st December, 2014 to 5th January, 2015 between 9:00
a.m. and 2:00 p.m. along with the PAY ORDER / DEMAND DRAFT (registration fee) of
Rs.25/- IN FAVOUR OF INDRAPRASTHA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA
PAYABLE AT NEW DELHI
5. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill in more than one form for one applicant
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In-complete Registration form will be rejected without any communication.
2. Please submit attested copies of the following documents along with the form :
a. Copy of Birth Certificate
b. Inoculation/Medical fitness certificate by a doctor
c. Proof of residence
3. Please submit the documentary proof of the following, if applicable:
a. Report card of elder child in the same school for sibling points.
b. Pass certificate of parents of IPIS to avail alumni points.
c. Proof of transfer, if any, (In case the parents have been transferred in the last academic
session)
4. Please note that due to limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply.
REGISTRATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION
