Bio: An Expert Investment Industrialist & entrepreneur having
spearheaded Sumaria’s success over the past 3 decades. A management
graduate, having done most of his education in UK, moved to Tanzania
in 1982 to take Sumaria Group’s Growth to new high. Part of many
Government & Private Boards of Tanzania, has been Vice-Chairman of
Confederation of Tanzania Industries for the past 10 years. JG, on behalf
of Sumaria, co-founded many Businesses in Tanzania and other African
Countries like Kenya, DRC, Mozambique & Uganda, partnered & grew
many Business Ventures in Africa, with national counter-parts. Sumaria
also has had investment interests in Europe & India. An untiring worker
with sharp business acumen and proven ability to convert international
learnings to suit local businesses. JG co-founded NBCL along with CMG
and has played an excellent complementary role to ensure NBCL’s
progress is well planned, structured & stable through the tough phases.
Having ears to ground, JG has been catalyzing NBCL’s growth.
