Quality Workshops’ 40 hour pre licensing self study program is approved by Vermont Real Estate Commission in compliance with VSA
26, Chapter 41 for salespersons, brokers, and out of state licensees seeking a real estate license in the State of Vermont. Students
are supported by phone and email through out the program. Collection and recording of data required through out the
program is the responsibility of the student and must be sent to Quality Workshops upon completion for review and
filing by email or other method agreed to by the student and Quality Workshops’ support contact.
Quality Workshops recommends 4 to 6 weeks to complete the 40 Hour Pre-licensing self study program. Students
may complete the program at their own pace with full content support up to 6 weeks from enrollment. Certificates of completion will
be available to all students up to 14 weeks from enrollment so long as all required exam and quiz results for the program have been
submitted or reviewed online. This includes end of chapter quizzes from Modern Real Estate Practice, at least one 80 Question custom
exam from a post textbook Q&A program designed to assist students in passing the AMP RE exam, and the two part online Vermont
Laws confirmation quiz from QW’s VT Laws Quiz Room. No refunds are offered following 10 days from enrollment. Partial refunds
up to 10 days from enrollment are limited to 50% of enrollment tuition fees only.
