AAR-SPARTAN BRIDGE PROGRAM AAR – provides a variety of aircraft overhaul and modification services for the world’s major, regional and cargo airlines, and for the U.S. government and its allies. Industry-leading capabilities include aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair; major airframe modifications and upgrades; avionic service and installations; structural repair; exterior and interior refurbishment; and complete engineering service and support. AAR Aircraft Services – Oklahoma, is a 300,000 square-foot, full-service facility that features seven hangars capable of supporting five “nose-totail” narrow-body and four regional maintenance lines simultaneously. AAR employs over 6,000 worldwide. Through the AAR – Spartan bridge program, AAR Aircraft Services – Oklahoma, provides Spartan aviation maintenance graduates up to $10,500 in tuition reimbursement. Once employed with AAR for six months initial payment is $5,250, another payment is received after employed with AAR for 18 months.
