The ACI  Training Academy™ provides customized
learning content to meet the broad needs of global
customers. Recognizing that every customer
is different, ACI offers a blended approach to
learning which includes instructor-led training and
self-paced eLearning. The instructor-led training
courses are conducted at either ACI facilities or
customer locations where the instructor is either inperson or remote.
ACI solutions are available through ACI’s Learning
Management System (LMS) which enables any
user with internet access to search, register and
access courses 24/7. Managers and administrators
can create learning paths, view employee training
records and generate valuable usage reports.
Customized learning content ensures institutions’
customers and employees learn in an environment
identical to what they will use on the job. Learning
videos contain unique modules which permit
learners to easily pass over topics which do not
apply to their role.
