2015 AMERICAN CHEER POWER HOUSING EXCEPTION FORM HOUSING POLICY American Cheer Power has implemented a Stay-‐to-‐Play policy for all teams attending the following events: • Cash Bash Mini-‐National Championship | January 10-‐11, 2015 | Galveston, TX • Southern National Championship | February 6-‐8, 2015 | San Antonio, TX • Midwest National Championship | March 27-‐29, 2015 | Columbus, OH • Battle of the States Championship | May 9, 2015 | Hershey, PA ACP must be recognized as an official citywide event in order to receive priority booking for future years. It is very important that all attendees book rooms for these events, through Connections Housing. We do understand that some attendees may have family in the area or parents may want to book rooms using hotel reward points. In order to request an exception, this form must be filled out in full and submitted to ACP (one form must be filled out for each individual or family). Forms may be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 281.339.2976. In most cases, ACP will approve/decline the exception within 14 days of receipt.
