Application should be filled up in Block letters only

The filled up application hasto be handed over to the concerned AEE.

The Consumer is entitled to get his contract demand / sanctioned load reduced by executing a fresh
Agreement
4.
Registration cum ProcessingFeeshasto be paid by the consumer as prescribed below.

The application Registration / Re-registration cum Processing Fees payable by the Applicant for
