Adult Education Task Force Scholarship Information

Mission Statement The mission of the Adult Education Taskforce is to work collaboratively to encourage and facilitate the use of educational opportunities by adults in the central San Joaquin Valley; to develop and maintain partnerships with business, governmental, faith‐based and private agencies; and to adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior. The AET includes public and private colleges and universities, technical and vocational institutes and adult schools. Adult Education Task Force Scholarship Information Three $150 scholarships will be awarded to:  1 GED student  2 Students attending a public or private college or university, technical/vocational school or adult school (non‐GED or H.S. Diploma program) Criteria: 


Resident of the central San Joaquin Valley Age 18 or older Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an AET member institution (see list of members on the AET website at www.adulteducationtaskforce.org) Instructions for entry: (see scholarship application form for more details) 

The essay must be typed, one page, using single spacing and font size 12pt. in Times New Roman or Calibri.
