The EURAXESS Roadshow in Cologne

EURAXESS – Researchers in Motion!
EURAXESS provides European and non-European researchers with all the information and support services they
need to follow an international research career - within
Europe and further afield. EURAXESS is represented at the
University of Cologne (UoC) by the Welcome Centre
within the International Office.
To promote EURAXESS, the EURAXESS Roadshow is
now on tour with 29 stops in 22 countries. On April 28th
the Roadshow comes to Cologne. It will provide students
and researchers at UoC with the opportunity to mobilise
their research careers by trying out EURAXESS. At the
same time it opens a window to the many international
research activities here at UoC and highlights UoC’s
internationalisation initiatives. For live info, dates

Besides the information provided at the bus, the local EURAXESS Service point, namely the Welcome Centre of the
UoC, organised a diversified and colourful framework programme. While the workshop ‘European & International
Funding Opportunities for Postdoctoral Researchers’
focuses on those who want to go abroad, the presentations and panel discussions at the SSC zoom in on the
internationalisation already taking place at our University
by presenting different and various international researcher groups and programmes. This is the perfect chance to
meet people who already work within an international environment and to benefit from their experience and advice!
