Specsavers, a high-street optical retailer
located throughout New Zealand,
Australia and Europe, relies on its
custom-made applications to manage
its critical business operations including
its customer care systems and supply
chains. With a team of 200 testers
and developers spread across the
globe, Specsavers were in search of
a mechanism to better manage its
delivery teams and improve the quality
of their applications.
