C LUB P OLICIES
DEPOSITS
$1000.00 – NON-REFUNDABLE – but date
transferable, if necessary. All deposits are then credited
towards the final bill.
BILLING – PAYMENT
Payment is required within 10 days of the receipt of
the bill. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit
card.
ALCOHOL
The Club liquor license is issued under the jurisdiction
of the State of Wisconsin. No one under 21 years of age
is allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. There are
NO exceptions. The Club reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of ID
or to anyone who appears intoxicated. Only alcoholic
beverages purchased by the Club from the state
approved distributors are allowed to be served on Club
premises. No liquor, beer or wine may be brought in
from outside sources.
DAMAGES
Groups of individuals holding events or functions at
the Club agree to be responsible for the damages to
Club property and for the conduct of their guests. For
excessive cleanup or damage, an additional service
charge will be added to the final bill.
SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX
A service charge of 19% is applicable to all sales of food
and beverage. This service charge is taxable by law.
A sales tax of 5% will also be added to the final bill.
CENTERPIECES, TABLE DECORATION
AND LINEN
Floral arrangements can be made through the banquet
coordinator and added to the final bill. We are able to
provide 14” round mirrors, 14” glass hurricanes with
taper candles and also votive candles and holders at no
charge. There is a wide variety of linen colors provided
for you as well with no added cost.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
The banquet coordinator is able to provide
entertainment options. BDM has a portable dance floor
that can accommodate events for up to 300 guests.

FOOD REGULATIONS
Due to Health Department Regulations and Club
Policy, foods consumed on the premises must be
prepared at BDM or by a licensed vendor. Health
regulations also prevent us from giving extra food to the
guests to take home.
VALET PARKING
Valet parking is required for events of 100 or more
guests on Friday and Saturday evenings. The cost is
$2.00 per person and based on the count of guests prior
to arrival of the event.
WEDDING CEREMONIES
BDM can provide an outside ceremony site on our
beautiful terrace for up to 200 of your guests. The rental
fee is $1000.00. If the wedding reception follows at
BDM, that ceremony site fee is waived.
CAKE CUTTING
The staff at BDM will cut and serve your cake for dinner
at no charge. If the staff is required to cut and serve the
cake later in the evening, there is a $300.00 fee.
