Buildings, Car Washes and Convenience Stores.
Stan Corp has been instrumental in working with Developers and Business
Owners during site development to ensure that they receive the highest and best
return on their investment. “We recently had a developer who was considering a
15 unit apartment building for a particular property. With the help of our design
team, we showed the customer a cost-effective way to expand the project into a 51
unit apartment complex. Our customer was forever thankful and he will reap the
benefits for years to come,” Marlin Stanczyk - Stan Corp, President.
Since beginning as a general contractor in 1993, Stan Corp has completed over 60
commercial projects in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Ohio.
