Location
CTPark Bor started in 2005 with the construction of the first building and has been
growing since then. The park has a strategic location on the E50/ D5 motor highway, and
is situated 15 km from the Czech/ German border (Nuremberg/ Munich).
The E50/ D5 highway comes from direction Nuremberg and goes all the way to Prague
and creates a good connection to the capital and the motor highway around Prague.

Cooperation CTP with Regional Authority Pilsen and
Bor on education strategy.
Together with CzechInvest, the Labour offices in Pilsen/ Tachov, and the
Regional Authority Pilsen/Bor we started a lively cooperation between
investors and the local education network, whereby the government is
involved in order to make sure that the education systems will produce
work force that is in accordance with the demand of the employers.
CTP is playing an active role in putting all involved parties together.
Growth of CTPark Bor
Construction at CTPark Bor started in 2005. One of our first buildings was
over 36,000 sqm and built for the company Tech Data. Since then Tech
Data has been doing very well at CTPark Bor and this resulted in 2013 in an
extension of the building with another 16,000 sqm. Also other companies
like Loxxess, Bridgestone and Schenker are located and growing in Bor. One
of the recent added investors at CTPark Bor is Johnson Controls.
Since the start of our business park in Bor, it has been growing ever since,
the strategic plan is to grow with approx. 15% per year in Bor.

Every day public bus lines from 8 different routes arrive at the bus stops in
CTPark Bor. These bus lines start/finish in the bigger towns such as Pilsen,
