NOMINATIONS FOR THE DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS OF BMC AWARD-2015
On the occasion of BMC Alumni day to be held in 2015, three eminent alumni of BMC will be honoured
with “The distinguished Alumnus of Bangalore Medical College Award – 2015”.
Nominations are called for by the award committee.
Any BMCAA member can nominate one BMC Alumnus, (Graduate/Post Graduate or both) who is well
known to him/her, in the prescribed form. He/She should collect and send the complete information about
his/her nominee, listing in detail the profile of the nominee.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from BMCRI website ( www.bmcalumni.com) or obtained from
BMCAA office.
Duly filled nomination forms, along with the nominee’s profile should be sent to
