In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 (1)
of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of
1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kollam hereby defined
the areas specified in Column No. 3 of the Schedule-I to
the local limits areas within which the temporary court of
Judicial I Class Magistrate mentioned in Column No. 2
thereof may exercise powers vested on them with effect
from 25-10-2014.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 (1)
of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of
1974) the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kollam hereby defined
the areas specified in Column No. 3 of the Schedule-I to
the local limits areas within which the temporary court of
Judicial I Class Magistrate mentioned in Column No. 2
thereof may exercise powers vested on them with effect
from 18-10-2014.
