BANQUET AND INAUGURAL HALL OF FAME CEREMONY
The team banquet is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, May 9, at Dave & Busters in Arundel Mills
mall near the hotel at 7000 Arundel Mills Circle, Suite D-1, Hanover, MD 21076.
Tickets are $22 each; the order form is included in this packet.
The event will include inaugural inductions into the NJCAA Women’s Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

NJCAA COACHES MEETING
The NJCAA coaches meeting follows the banquet in the banquet hall. Student-athletes will
have access to the Dave & Buster’s Arcade or the Arundel Mills mall.

An order form for tournament apparel will be sent to you in a separate communication.
PRACTICE ASSIGNMENTS

one hour blocks on a first come basis. No Gatorade or sunflower seeds allowed on the field.
ATHLETIC TRAINING SERVICES
A certified athletic trainer will be available during the entire tournament, including practices.
Each participating team must provide its own medical kit and training supplies. Refer to the
athletic training page included in this packet.

RULES AND GUIDELINES
The tournament will be run in accordance with the NJCAA rules and regulations, and with
NJCAA playing rules.
OFFICIAL SCOREBOOK
The official scorebook will be kept by Anne Arundel Community College. Competing teams’
score sheets will be considered unofficial.

HOSPITALITY
A hospitality tent for coaches, officials, media and staff will be available at Siegert Field
Stadium during the tournament. Present tournament pass to enter.
AWARDS
An awards ceremony will follow the championship game Sunday for champion and runnerup trophies, champion and runner-up individual medals coach of the tournament award, best
offensive player, best defensive player and all tournament team (12 players).

ATHLETIC TRAINING COVERAGE
A certified athletic trainer will be available for treatment of athletic injuries. If you are
traveling without a certified athletic trainer and have an athlete who needs treatment, she
may utilize the athletic trainer onsite during the tournament.
Any injured athlete needing treatment must provide the athletic trainer with a written
diagnosis and treatment protocol for the injury.
Athletes injured during the tournament will be evaluated and treated in accordance with
Maryland law.
NOTE: For any certified athletic trainer traveling with the team, we will have ice, moist
heat, ultrasound and electrical stimulation modalities available for use. Water coolers also
will be available.
Athletic training coverage will be available for pretournament practices from noon to 5:30
p.m. Friday, May 9, 2014. Each team must bring its own taping supplies.

Take Route 50 east to exit 27, Route 2 north (Governor Ritchie Highway) toward Baltimore. Stay on
Route 2 for about three miles. Turn right on College Parkway. The first right turn is the campus entrance.
FROM BALTIMORE
From Interstate 695 take exit 2, Route 10 toward Severna Park. Stay on Route 10 until it ends at Route 2
(Governor Ritchie Highway). Follow Route 2 south about five miles. Turn left on College Parkway.
Use second entrance to college. Turn right into campus and turn right to park in “D” lot.
