INTRODUCTION
The POW (ex Brixton Club House & Dex) is under new management and ready for business!
Having undergone a major refurb from top to bottom (including a new sound system), we are very
excited to offer this versatile venue in the heart of Brixton to live music, night club and comedy promoters as well as for private hire.
Neighbouring The Ritzy cinema on Coldharbour Lane, the venue boasts a stunning Art Deco
dancehall (350 capacity), an adjoining cocktail bar where food can be served (50 capacity) and
a two tiered roof garden (350 capacity).

live acts performing in the adjoining Dancehall. Pizza can be served from our wood

This beautiful curved wood panelled room - with high ceilings,
wooden floor, and very versatile moveable staging, PA & lights boasts its own bar and natural light from large windows
overlooking Windrush Square.

THE ROOF GARDEN (CAPACITY: SUMMER 350, WINTER 50)
An increasingly rare site in London, this licensed alfresco area
(from noon til 4am) is spread over two sweeping terraces. Fully
kitted with bars, BBQ, dj equipment and a hot tub (...yes a hot
tub), this is the ideal spot for daytime or sunset parties. During
the winter months, only part of the lower terrace is used, as a
smoking area (capacity 50).

Music is permitted until 12 midnight Friday and Saturday, and
until 11 pm Sunday - Thursday with sound levels limited to 84db.
The upper terrace must be cleared by these times, but the
lower terrace remains operational until 4am without music.
