Dental lawyer David Mayzel will entertain, engage and educate you about protecting yourself and your loved ones, saving money, and avoid legal headaches throughout your
careers. Among other things, you’ll learn about: whether a
non-compete / non-solicit is enforceable, how a bad lease
can cost you money, how a professional corporation can
save you money, how to buy / sell a dental practice, and how
to get your Wills and Powers of Attorney in order.
Danielle Martin has extensive experience providing financial planning
advice to clients with complex and sophisticated needs and goals. She
has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years. Recently,
Danielle has been focused on answering to the needs of higher net
worth clients by using her vast knowledge and experience to help them
achieve their objectives in line with their priorities. Aside from ScotiaMcLeod, Danielle is happily married and has three beautiful girls. She
loves yoga and is an active member of Youth in Action, a charity helping
children to succeed. She is also very involved in the Toronto Francophone community.
Michael Carabash and David Mayzel are the founding partners of DMC
Law, a boutique law firm in Toronto that has worked exclusively for Ontario
dentists since 2010. DMC Law was recently profiled in the National Post
for their unique approach to legal services. Michael presents regularly on
legal and practice marketing topics to dentists, dental students, and professionals in the dental industry. DMC Law’s website (www.DentistLawyers.ca) features 400+ blog posts, video presentations, magazine
articles, and their 200+ page eBook entitled Ontario Dental Law. Michael
is also the founder of www.DentistLegal Forms.com, a website which offers online automated Wills (including corporate and non-corporate Wills),
Powers of Attorney, Employment Contracts, and Letters of Intent for Ontario dentists. Michael has a law degree, an MBA and Certificate in Dental
Practice Management from U of T/Transitions. He writes regularly for
