On behalf of the Collaborative International Pesticides Analyical Council (CIPAC), the Benaki
Phytopathological Institute (BPD, Athens, Greece, and in co-operation with the Food and Agriculturc
Arganization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), it is my pleasure
