Volunteer Support Role
There will be around 5 - 6 volunteer groups in CLC 2015. The role of volunteer
will be well distributed in groups after the volunteer briefing meeting.

Important Consents:
I will be available and attending the CLC 2015 event as a volunteer at
Tumbalong Park Darling Harbour form 19 Feb 2014 - 22 Feb 2014, as well as
the volunteer briefing meeting at January 2015, and the training meeting at
February 2015 (the exact date will be emailing to the volunteers soon).
I will obey the managements of CLC 2015, and try my best execute the relating
tasks and missions given by event manager and event executive of CLC 2015.
I give permission for my information to be disclosed to the third party in
accordance with the requirements of the CLC 2015.
I give permission and understand that during my duties as a volunteer with CLC
2015 photographs and / or filming may be taken. I understand that I have no
claims now or in the future against CLC 2015 with regards to the use of these
materials for promotional purposes for either CLC 2015 or associated
organizations approved by CLC 2015.
I declare that all the information I have supplied in this application is true and
correct. Should I be successful in my application for a volunteer position, I
agree at all times to abide by the policies, Procedures and regulations as
defined and amended form time to time by CLC 2015.
