Phil Stevens Director of Business Development, Commercial Aircraft Solutions BAE Systems, Electronic Systems Starting his career as a technical apprentice with GEC Marconi he spent the next 12 years as a design Engineering in both military and commercial flight controls. Following this he has held key assignments in business leadership, program management, product strategy and engineering responsible for a number of major international design and development programs including Eurofighter Flight Controls, Joint Strike Fighter Active Inceptors and Civil Head Up Displays. Prior to his current assignment, Phil was Head of Business Development for Flight Controls at BAE Systems responsible for both strategic direction and new business for this product line in both the military and commercial sectors. In his current role Phil is responsible for promoting BAE Systems commercial business globally. Originally from the London, UK Phil is now located in Endicott, N.Y.
