Services
AND&OR after-sales department includes management personnel
and qualified technicians to respond to any need a customer may
have: installation of new equipments, inspection and upgrading of
existing equipment, preventive maintenance, technical information
and brochures, adjustments, repairs, remote monitoring of the
equipment's performance (via internet), etc.
Spare Parts Management: because having stock available for the
most commonly needed equipment elements is a must, AND&OR
offers a rapid and efficient delivery. All the equipments have their
own user's manual which includes the list of spare parts for 2000,
4000 or 8000 working hours.
Preventive Maintenance: in order to ensure the high efficiency of
the machines over time, it is necessary to perform preventive
maintenance and to incorporate certain spare elements for the
pieces most subjected to wear. AND&OR offers its clients yearly
maintenance contracts for its units. These contracts include a visit
by a specialized technician, fine tuning and replacement of certain
spares, as well as periodic servicing if required.
Upgrades and Adaptations: The constant technological evolution
of the machinery and the growing need of the market to modify
products (containers, covers, handles, packing material) calls for
adaptations to new formats, updates and improvements of the
machinery that AND&OR has on the market. For this purpose,
the service department is in constant contact with clients to
study and provide counsel on the adaptations needed in each
case.

BOTTLE HANDLING AND
CONVEYING
AND&OR manufactures all sorts of conveyors, including its belts
or chains, conveyor beams, low friction guides and vacuum
systems when required.The models manufactured are mainly:
-TC - belt conveyors (sliding or adherent): Straight conveyors.
-TCHP - chain conveyors: Built in stainless steel.
They include a flexing chain so that curves can be used in a
single motorized section.
-TCFL - nylon chain conveyors: Built with an aluminum conveyor
beam and a nylon chain. Sharp curves can be made in small
spaces. The greatest advantage of this type of conveyor is it's
maintenance-free.
- TA - Air conveyors. Pneumatic conveyors built in stainless
steel. Guides regulation can be manual or automatic.
They are recommended when working at high production rates
with light, petaloids and/or unstable bottles.

TURNING DEVICES
For the turning and positioning of the containers AND&OR
offers diverse systems depending on bottles' shape, line
speed, turning degree (45º, 90º, 180º, etc.).
Our models can be pneumatic, motorized and servomotorized.
ACUMMULATION TABLES
AND&OR's accumulation systems guarantee the
uninterrupted running of the bottle line in a reduced space
in order to maximize production efficiency.

QUALITY CONTROL
Leak tightness control is one of our
specialties; we have models that
process from 1.000 up to 32.000 bph
controlling containers from 150 ml to
20 liters.
The great versatility of the
equipments, high sensibility and
automatic calibration, has made
AND&OR systems a market reference.
Serie LS: They are arranged in line over
bottles conveyor.
They can be fitted with one or more
heads, fix or mobile, depending on the
production required and bottle's sizes.

Serie CC: Linear and rotary trimmers, AND&OR
offers different models that adapt to line speed,
bottle's shape and material. Optionally a leak tester
can be integrated in the same equipment.
Serie FH: It performs the milling (eliminating the
polyamide) and leak testing on HDPE bottles neck
surface. It achieves a perfect finish thanks to its
servo driven, smooth milling system, reaching a
high precision.

BAGGING MACHINES
Bagging, is becoming today, one of the most popular ways of bottle packing
all around the world. There are several reasons for it:
- An important cost saving towards the traditional tray packing.
- Often, more bottles can fit in one layer, increasing the number of
bottles packaged in a pallet.
- The improved hygiene in products, being the bottles protected from
human manipulation or cardboard contamination. Especially important
