INFORMATION
Merchandise in this catalog is available through authorized sporting
goods dealers.
BASE GARMENT PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE LETTERING.
Custom uniforms are not returnable. No order may be changed once
production has begun, custom sewn garments begin production 1
business day after order has been acknowledged. 6 piece minimum on all
new Custom Singlet, Warm-up and Stock with lettering orders. 12 piece
minimum on some custom singlets with a knit leg cuff (see page 22 for
details) . 6 piece minimum on all new Custom Sublimation Singlet orders.

If there is a discrepancy between your invoice and packing slip, please call
immediately so the problem can be resolved. Cliff Keen Athletic cannot
accept return shipments for in-stock merchandise credit without a return
authorization number. Return authorizations must be requested within
fifteen (15) days from receipt of the shipment. We apply a fifteen percent
(15%) restocking charge to all returned stock merchandise.
Due to varying rules in different conferences, CLIFF KEEN ATHLETIC WILL
NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LEGALITY OF UNIFORMS.
Please note that we will not take fill-in orders for styles that have been
out of the catalog for over one (1) year. Orders for older styles may be
substituted for a sublimated singlet – please call for details.
Washing instructions are labeled on every Cliff Keen uniform. In addition,
a complete laundering instruction sheet is included with every order to
ensure the long life of your uniform.
SCREEN PRINTED and SUBLIMATED GARMENTS
SHOULD NOT BE DRY-CLEANED.
Each order is acknowledged with an anticipated time frame determined
by the amount of work in progress. This time frame is anticipated but not
guaranteed.
Cliff Keen Athletic will not assume any additional expense required to
expedite delivery, such as air mail, next-day or second-day, or any other
special delivery charges.
