The purpose of this program is to help organizations in our community raise funds. Dan Schantz
has been in the the Lehigh Valley for over 57 years and is excited to share this fundraiser with
you!!
How it works:
1. Enroll your organization by completing an enrollment form and signing a contract guaranteeing the return of the unsold MADDNESS CARDS.
2. The initial card order is 100 MADDNESS CARDS.
3. There is a 45 day selling period.
4. The sale price for the MADDNESS CARDS are $20.00. The breakdown is $10.00 for the
organization and $10.00 for Dan Schantz Greenhouse & Cutflower outlet.
5. At the end of the 45 days, cards and money totaling the full amount is returned to Dan Schantz
Greenhouse & Cutflower Outlet. Individual payments are made out to the organization. The
payment will be made in a single payment drawn on a check from the organization.

Form, consolidate your sales, choose a delivery date & time.
We will confirm all orders and delivery dates within 24

Payments are to be made at the time of delivery. We accept
single payment of cash, or check(FROM THE ORGANIZATION).
Deliveries will be made to one central location and can be
scheduled within a 4 hour window of your choice between
7am-4pm

Delivery Policy
To ensure quality and accuracy we ask that you count and check
each delivery with our driver as it’s unloaded. We ask that the
delivery stay intact until the invoice has been signed to avoid any

EXCEPTIONS. Plants damaged during intiial shipment will be replaced at no extra charge. Dan Schantz Farm is not responsible for

Frequently asked Q & A / Fundraiser FACTS
1. Is there a delivery charge?
A: YES, orders over $200.00 the charge is $25.00, if LESS than $200.00 the
charge is $50.00
2. Is payment expected at the time of delivery??
A: YES, unless previous arrangements are made with the main office.
3. What time are deliveries made?
A: Deliveries are scheduled in a 4 hour window. We are UNABLE to
schedule a truck to the exact hour. 7am-11am or 12pm-4pm. Our driver will
gladly call when he is on his way to the delivery destination.
4. Are the flowers/bloomin bucks on consignment?
A: NO. All flowers and bloomin bucks will become your property once the
invoice has been signed. We do not refund any money on the bloomin
bucks.
5. How do I get credit for a damaged flower?
A: All claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. Plants
damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge. Dan Schantz Farm is not
responsible for plants neglected after time of delivery.
6. How do I pay for the flowers?
A: We accept single payment of cash or a check drawn from the
Organization’s bank account. C!
7. Who is responsible to count the product?
A: Both the driver and the customer must count all of the product. It is best
to keep it in a confined area where people can’t get to it until the counts
are complete.
8. Are the deadline dates for ordering important?
A: YES. There is NO guarantee for orders placed after the deadline. Please
remember these are live plants and not manufactured. Sometimes we will
run into a crop failure or crops are just not ready on time.
