° ENGLISH
1.Watch all these movies : Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, Wizard
of Oz.
2. Think and create an imaginary place you would like to visit. Draw it and describe it.
3. Make a Word Bank adding at least 1 new word for every day.
4. Read THE TREASURE ISLAND
and
Make A Book Report Sandwich.
Draw slices of cucumber, tomato, and cheese; lettuce leaves; a layer of butter, and a couple of
slices of bread.
Photocopy or make your drawings on appropriately coloured sheets of paper -cucumber on green, tomato on red, cheese on yellow, etc.
The sheets serve as the ingredients for your book report sandwiches.
On the top slice of bread, write the title and the author of the book you had just finished reading.
On the lettuce, write a brief summary of the book.
Write about the main character on the tomato slice.
On the butter, describe the book's setting.
Share the book's climax on the cheese.
On the cucumber slice, describe the plot.
On the bottom piece of bread, draw a favourite scene from the story.
Staple together the sandwich layers. & serve them to me!
