- New Partners and Staff Add to Global True Team -
May 7, 2014, Philadelphia, PA – Today True, a premier national executive search
firm, is excited to welcome five additions to the team: partner Christian Boccuzi, New York;
senior associate Thomas Chorliet, London; partner Ben Dewar, San Francisco; vice
president of marketing, Channa Green, Philadelphia; and partner Rick Harris, Boston.
These professionals come on board as the firm continues rapid growth amidst market
recognition of True’s insightful, data-focused approach to executive search.

Christian Boccuzi is based in the New York office and executes searches for senior
executives across a range of sectors within technology and life sciences. Christian joined
True from Lincoln Square Advisors, an independent advisory firm that focuses on the
alternative investment and technology industries.
As the newest member of the London team, Thomas Chorliet focuses on executive
searches for a variety of high growth technology companies. Prior to joining True, Thomas
was the director of a retained search firm focused on hiring leadership in transformation
and change management across all sectors in EMEA.
With a background leading CxO searches within all tech verticals, Ben Dewar brings more
than 12 years of search experience to True. Most recently Ben was with TalentSky a
search technology and services company. Prior to his search career, Ben practiced
corporate law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and with Davis & Gilbert.
Channa Green joins True as vice president of marketing and is responsible for leading the
firm’s marketing and communications strategy. Before coming to True, Channa served as senior director at Tenor Communications where she developed, executed, and managed
marketing and public relations for several venture capital and technology clients.
Rick Harris is based in the Boston office and brings more than 10 years’ experience
attracting C-suite and VP-level talent to emerging and high-growth technology, Internet
media and eCommerce companies. Previously, Rick was with Vistaprint, where he led
Executive Talent Acquisition in North America.
