The County of San Diego is offering workshops to assist you with CERS!!
All regulated businesses must submit their Unified Program facility reports and business
updates electronically (instead of paper forms) effective January 1, 2013 . To electronically
submit required Unified Program facility reports businesses will use the California
Environmental Reporting System (CERS)
