211 VTCLI RFQ Web Download 2-1-1 San Diego (a BDA of INFOLINE of San Diego County) is seeking to form a strategic technology alliance with a firm who can meet the current information technology requirements (replace existing technologies) and align requirements and work with 211 San Diego to meet emerging strategies and initiatives (new functionality). A key Critical goal is to support the One Click One call grant with FACT/VTCLI-Vet Connect-01, One Call One Click program requirements. Generally we are seeking qualified firms that could: 1. Replace existing CRM software that supports core 211, Case Management, Disaster Management (triage), Information and Referral. 2. Support 211 San Diego FACT/VTCL grant “one click one call” program a. Integration for Mobility Management b. Integration into Telephony 3. Mobile Browser and smart phone applications to support 211 production lines and “One Call One Click”. 4. Kiosk to support 211 product lines, “One call One Click” program and FACT product lines. 5. Business Intelligence/analytic support 6. Process Optimization and Process Improvement 7.
