On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the clients are adults
with physical, mental and learning disabilities and
on Mondays and Wednesdays, the clients are
elders.
Also provides home respite breaks, with a
befriender visiting the home of the carer, allowing
them to:
• go to places of worship
• shopping
• socialise and develop themselves as a person

Willesden Green, from 9:30-3:30pm. for older
members of the community with care needs

A Day Centre in Kensal Green and a day centre at
Harrod Court in Kingsbury on a Monday. Also offer
self-funded placements to older people self-funded
placements cost £75 per day or £40 per half day.
Anyone who has a diagnosis on the autism
spectrum or who is in the process of obtaining one
can apply to use our services. The centre takes selfreferrals and referrals made by professionals,
families and carers, from any London borough.
