Please note:
1) Values will vary by home type and regions.
2) Natural concrete paving is 100mm thick with minimum 25MPA and F72 mesh. Price based on flat and level site that has been prepared. Dennis Family Homes does
not recommend paving on “Filled sites”.
3) Inspirations Series: “Timber-look” sectional garage door (Colorgrain finish in lieu of standard Colorbond finish). Aspirations Series: Double sectional garage door
(standard Colorbond range in lieu of standard double roller door).
4) Remote is in lieu of manual operation on standard garage door.
5) High ceilings include 2580mm throughout. Please note that this may increase prices for optional upgrades such as alfresco areas and render. Please refer to a sales
consultant for further details. In addition, if this option increases facia height above 3m, the inclusion of guard rails to the perimeter of the home will need to be costed
separately. Not available to first floor of double storey designs.
