ANALYZER
MANUAL FOR MEASUREMENT
Concentration & volume analyzer
would help you in concentration and
volume treatment of the cleaning fluid
used in your cleaning machine. Please
watch the instruction video and follow
the instructions exactly.

First measurement
Measurement consists of several steps. To make sure you are measuring correctly, we
recommend to perform the analysis of clean ready mixed Decotron at known concentration before you start cleaning processes. This is while first filling of the machine or
changing the cleaning fluid.
If you obtain faulty result, please ask on e-mail: [email protected] for support.
Measurement
Before every measurement, make sure that the cleaning fluid is well mixed. We
recommend to perform the analysis immediately after cleaning cycle
0/ 1
Open the phial with Fluid For
Determining Concentration
(FFDCT1) and place it under
the stand. Take a sample of the
cleaning fluid from machine.
During sampling open the tube
by pressing on the top first. Dip
the open sample tube up to the
bottom of the container. Than
close the sample tube by removing your thumb from the top of
the sample tube.
0/ 2
Place the tube in the stand of
the analyzer and record the level
in sample tube.

0/ 3
Press the top of the sample
tube. The sample is poured into
a phial. Rotate the top to ensure
that the sample tube remains
open. Wait a moment to get all
the sample into the phial.
0/ 4
Remove the phial, close it and
shake it.
0/ 5
Pour all the fluid from phial
into a test tube. By pushing
the plunger up and down get all
liquid into the lower container.
Be careful not to spill any fluid
out! Push the plunger down.
0/ 6
Wait about 1 – 2 minutes to get
layers separated.

0/ 7
After the layers have separated,
pull the liquid up into the thin
tube using the plunger. Do it
once or twice to get a constant
level in test tube. Do it carefully to avoid forming bubbles in
the thin tube. Lock the plunger
and wait for steady-state level.
Record the level in test tube.
If you pull the liquid too fast, the
layers will mix and you obtain
faulty result!
0/ 8
Type the level in the sample
tube and level in test tube into
a 1st yellow field on PLC of your
machine (section CVA). Result
displays in the orange field.

Adjust concentration and volume of the cleaning fluid if necessary.

Concentration & volume treatment
Press CVA button on the display
1. Enter the measured level in sample tube and level in test tube into the yellow
table of the section 1. The result of the concentration and volume analysis is
displayed in the orange table.
2. Enter desired volume in litres and desired % of decotron which you want to
achieve.
3. Follow the instruction in green table.
If you reach negative values of adding the fluid in section 3, adjust desired volume in
litres in section 2 until the values in green field in section 3 are greater than zero.
If you don´t have Decotron CP 381 concentrate, adjust desired volume in litres in section
2 until the value of add Decotron CP 381 concentrate will be zero.

Maintenance
Remove the test tube carefully from the stand. Pour out the liquid, remove the plunger
and rinse the test tube with water. Dry the test tube inside and outside using the napkin
or the air. You can also rinse the sample tube - take some cylinder or tall bottle with water and rinse it the same way like you are sampling the cleaning fluid. Place both tubes
back in the stand and leave them open.
You are working with a small amount of sample during the analysis. The working steps
must exactly follow this manual and video.
Some precautions
1. The sampling step is very important. During sampling the cleaning fluid hold the
sample tube according to the picture. First open the tube by pressing on the top.
Dip the open sample tube up to the bottom of the container. When you feel you are
on the bottom of the container with cleaning fluid, close the sample tube by removing your thumb from the top of the sample tube. Make sure, that the level in sample tube is according to the level of the cleaning fluid in container. Dry the sample
tube from the outside side by napkin.
2. Be careful not to spill any fluid of sample or FFDCT 1 out in all steps of your work!
3. Before pouring the fluid from phial into the test tube, make sure, that the tube is dry!
4. Don‘t move with the meter in the stand and don‘t dismantle the sample tube!
5. If the manipulation with the plunger is hard, change the seal.
6. If damaged some part of CVA it is necessary to send the whole CVA equipment to
DCT Czech laboratory for reparation and new calibration.
7. CVA‘s measuring range:
A. Cleaning fluid‘s level in the container of the cleaning machine: 22 cm (corresponds to
the level in the sample tube 16) corresponding % of decotron 0 - 38 %.
B. Cleaning fluid‘s level in the container of the cleaning machine: 35 cm (corresponds to
the level in the sample tube 29,3) corresponding % of decotron 0 - 60 %.
We wish you a successful measurement.
