Make sure the information on it is correct and up to date. Including your expected family contribution and details of any previous loans. Are you male? No Yes Contact the University to confirm you have been made and accepted an offer to study with us and to notify us that you have completed the application for US Federal Aid. Yes Fill in the cost of attendance spread sheet that is sent to you from the DPA. Student Aid Application Rejected Yes Are you signed up to selective service? (a requirement before the age of 26) Yes and I have proof No No Go to Studentloans.gov and complete your promissory note (MPN). Now complete your entrance counselling. Take a screen shot showing your successful Not done. completion or send us your completion certificate. Done and have proof? Attached files checked and rejected No Are you over the age of 26? Do you want to borrow a PLUS Loan? Yes Did you become a US citizen after you 26th Birthday or do you proof of excemption? No Student Aid Application Rejected Send the following to our DPA (address can be found in contact details section): · Completed COA · MPN (one for each loan you’re applying for) · Proof of successful completion of entrance counselling. · Proof of credit check if applying for a PLUS loan. · If male and exempt from Selective Service evidence of this e.g. certificate of naturalisation.
