Dear Member.
Good news. Whangamata’s Info-Plus is about to enter an exciting new era. We have a
new logo and are about ready to launch our new website www.whangamatanz.com.
We are also upgrading our Info-Plus shop front with a 46 “ Display Screen running 24
hours a day with a rolling presentation mixed with history, media files, local businesses
and sponsors ads, as well as activities and what’s on and where. The level of content
and frequency is dependent on your membership type. There will also be large touch
screens inside- all linked to our new website and again with varying levels of content and
media files in line with our membership options. In addition, we are working with local
media companies, large local companies, and district council to create a highly
innovative and modern centre. It’s a busy, exciting time and we’d love you to be a part of
it.
We have taken the opportunity to upgrade our membership options to best reflect our
new direction and facilities; however as an existing member of Enterprise Whangamata
you automatically become a Whangamatanz member with the additional benefits this
offers. We have attached a rate card which explains the details of each level and its
cost.
We are aiming to have the majority of the technology live by the 1st of November.
Please complete and return the attached membership agreement highlighting your
preferred membership level. To ensure we get all members best results from the new
technology we need quality images and the text you want to be mentioned on the web
and touch screen directories with us by the 21st of October.

Foundation Members - All Business purchasing one of the above before October 31- 2014
will be entitled to be a Foundation Member. Fees will remain the same for 3 years.
The parties agree as follows:

The annual fee payable in advance by the operator to Whangamata
Info Plus will be............... (GST incl) reviewable annually, for a

2. If a DLE brochure is to be used, (10.5cm x 22.5 cm) the Whangamata Info
Plus site will display the operator’s brochure display at all times with the
agreed dedicated space and will notify the operator when restocking is
required.

Operator is not to move or change the brochure display without prior approval.

A minimum 10% commission will be payable to the Whangamata info plus
for any bookings made and confirmed by the operator.
