He will entertain your party with an amazing array of pool trick shots as well as offer insightful tips on how to play the game better. He will introduce the game and its rules and be on hand to answer any and all questions that often arise during play. In short he will keep the event seamless and enjoyable for all attendees. Budget Conscious Our in house Event Specialist will work closely with the party contact and offer advice that will help with the decision making process that can accompany any function. Their attention to detail related to a budget will insure both value and enjoyment. Booking Terms All food selections will be confirmed from either the party menu options or the party platters no less than 14 days prior to the function date. This will require a confirmation on the maximum number of attendees. Parties must confirm their numbers at least 14 days prior to the date of their function. Parties will be charged on the maximum number of people confirmed. A 50% deposit will be required for all bookings. All function deposits will be wholly refundable given a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice. Deposits paid within this time frame will be withheld and can be applied to a future booking within one calendar year from the original date of that function.
